Advice
It's a great way to learn more about financial planning & analysis by looking at real data. The projects I've done not only helped my team but also gave me an insight into what the role might entail full-time.

You were able to list any skills you wanted to learn, then matched with a team that used them. Great learning environment and just about anyone is willing to speak with you.
What I wish was different
More formal projects - at least in my case I spent most of my time shadowing people and supporting their projects.
Advice
Speak to as many people as possible and take advantage of the learning resources provided.
