What I liked
Great employer, hands on work, and outdoor experience.
What I wish was different
Funding for newer equipment, just so it was working all the time. Not managements fault, not that big of a problem but would have been helpful.
Advice
You don’t have to know agriculture or lab stuff to work here- they just want someone who is willing to work and learn. You learn on the job and get rewarded for hard work.
